Terms and conditions

1. The course fee is payable seven days before the date of the course.
   
   
2. Cancellation policy. We will refund the fee in full for a cancellation made at any time up until seven clear days before the course date. Cancellations must be made by letter or e-mail. For later cancellations, the full fee is payable but, at any time, we will consider transferring your booking to an alternative date. You may also substitute delegates at any time.
   
   
3. In the unavoidable event of the course presenter not being available (such as because of illness), New Venture Publishing will substitute an alternative presenter. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, the event will be moved to an alternative date and delegates will have the option of moving to the new date or receiving a full refund. In such circumstances, delegates will be informed of changes by e-mail or telephone. New Venture Publishing shall not be liable for any delegate costs involved in moving a date due to unforeseen circumstances.
